Investing in Amaron Commercial Properties AB:
- Potential and historical success: The project offers an attractive risk-adjusted return, where the team’s previous experience from the former fund resulted in an average annual return of 29%.
- Experienced team: Amaron’s experienced team has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and a deep understanding of the local market in the Öresund region.
- Strategy and management: The portfolio’s properties will be managed through an active strategy focused on both value-enhancement and long-term growth. This includes continuous development of the properties and a plan to expand the portfolio during the main fund’s term.
- Green focus: The focus is on investing in properties that are either already certified or have great potential to achieve “green certification” in the future.
- Structure: The investment will be structured as a listed Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), regulated under the “Lag (2013:561) om förvaltare av alternativa investeringsfonder” and supervised by the Swedish financial supervisory authority (Finansinspektionen).
The first day of trading is scheduled for April 10, 2025.
