Amaron Commercial Properties AB (publ)’s master fund, Amaron Commercial Real Estate Fund (“the Fund”), is acquiring two commercial properties in Helsingborg through the Fund’s subsidiary, Amaron Real Estate AB. The properties are located in the Södra Väla Industrial Area, Helsingborg, with a total area and leasable space of 7,948 square meters. The acquisition will be completed on December 1, 2025. The transaction is structured as a corporate acquisition and will be financed through equity and bank financing. The Fund continues its expansion in light industrial, warehouse, and office segments within the Greater Copenhagen Region.
