Following the successful development of Norama Real Estate Fund S.C.A., SICAV-SIF, the team presents the next step in real estate investment. The Amaron Real Estate Fund will provide a unique possibility to invest in high quality real estate in an attractive market.
The Amaron Real Estate Fund will build long-term value by investing in solid assets and increase the potential of the holdings through active property management. It will provide investors to get indirect exposure to one of the most attractive regions in the Nordics: the Greater Copenhagen Region.
The core of the investments will be commercial properties such as office, industrial, logistic and public properties in the Swedish part of the Greater Copenhagen region. Residential properties for stable cash-flow and projects. Long-term leverage use is set to 50 per cent LTV.
