Amaron acquires two commercial properties in Helsingborg
Amaron Commercial Properties AB (publ)’s target fund, Amaron Commercial Real Estate Fund (the “Fund”), is acquiring two commercial properties in Helsingborg through the Fund’s subsidiary, Amaron Real Estate AB. The properties are located in the Södra Väla Industrial Area in Helsingborg, with a total floor area and leasable area of 7,948 square meters, and will be taken over on December 1, 2025. The transaction is being carried out as a corporate acquisition, and financing is being provided through equity and bank financing. The Fund is thus continuing its expansion in light industry, warehousing, and office space in the Greater Copenhagen Region.
