    Jörgen Svensson

    Chairman of the Board

    Jörgen has 30+ years of experience in the insurance- and financial markets. Currently Chairman of the Board at Avanza Pension. Jörgen has held various leading management positions such as CEO of Länsförsäkringar Liv and CEO of Länsförsäkringar Blekinge. Jörgen has also held various senior management positions at Skandia/ If such as Regional Manager, Marketing Director, Head of Large Corporates.

    Stefan Wilhelmson

    Managing Director, Board Director, Partner, Investment Team Member

    Stefan was one of the founders of Norama Real Estate Fund S.C.A., SICAV-SIF. He has 20+ years of experience in private equity and 30+ years in the financial sector. Former managing director and partner of Auda International and before that various management positions with SEB/Enskilda and Unibank/Nordea. Master of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Science at Lund University.

    Misha has 30+ years of experience in the European and Swedish real estate market. Currently investor and board member at Ztorage AB. Partner at Amaron Holding AB. Previously founder and CEO of SHH Bostad AB (as of 2022 Birger Bostad AB), supervisory board member at CorpNordic Holding A/S, residential real estate investor in Germany, deputy CEO at Catella Property AB with responsibility for Business Development in continental Europe and UK, as well as chairman of the board in various Catella units in continental Europe and UK.

    Portfolio Manager, Board Director, Partner, Head of Investment Team

    Currently Portfolio Manager of Amaron Fund Management AB. Martin was Portfolio Manager and one of the founders of Norama Real Estate Fund S.C.A., SICAV-SIF. He has 20+ years of experience in the real estate sector. He’s a former managing director for Fastighets AB Runstenen and AB Albert Karl. Board member of Mildner Family office. Board member Handelsbanken Lund, IFU Education, Institute for Global Insurance Education (SHF) in Stockholm.
